Eugène Boudin Museum

clocher boudinLocated in a 19th century chapel and two modern extensions, with views over Honfleur and the Seine, the Eugène Boudin Museum named after Honfleur’s most famous painter, houses some 1200 square meters of permanent exhibitions in 9 rooms.

On display are works by Eugène Boudin and other great impressionists : Dubourg, C.Monet, Jongkind… Many of whom stayed and worked at the Saint-Simeon farmouse on the outskirts of Honfleur.

20th century artists, who were born or worked in Honfleur are well represented, with important works by Dufy, Friesz, Gernez and many others.
